Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Full payment must be made at checkout via available payment options.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days post-dispatch.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays due to external factors (weather, logistics issues, etc.) are not our responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of stationery items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No Return/No Refund policy applies unless the product is:
Damaged in transit
Wrong item received
In case of damage, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos at support@paperpop.in

Once we've checked and reviewed your refund eligibility, we will initiate the refund within the next 5-7 business days.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
After 2 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
