We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered, due to the nature of stationery and hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@paperpop.in
Include clear photos/videos of the damaged item and your order details.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
We will verify and process your refund within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
