A: No, due to the nature of stationery kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or missing.
A: Please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item. We’ll replace it or offer a store credit.
A: Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your email or WhatsApp.
